Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be prorated.
What's included in the free trial?

Early access users get full platform access at no cost. No credit card required. We'll notify you before billing starts.
How is billing calculated?

Pricing is based on employee count, not active users. If you grow past your tier limit mid-cycle, we'll reach out to upgrade you.
What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice (annual contracts only).
Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees for Starter or Growth. Enterprise customers get white-glove onboarding included in their contract.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel immediately. Annual plans receive a prorated refund for unused months (minus 15% processing fee).
