Founder Story

Built by someone
who does this job

WorkPulse wasn't born in a VC boardroom. It was built by Austin — a Community Director at Gartner who manages exactly the problem WorkPulse solves, and couldn't find a tool that didn't cost $5K/month or require a 12-month implementation.

"Most companies have Slack channels nobody reads, training programs nobody finishes, and HR dashboards that tell you what happened 6 months ago. I watched this play out at Gartner and I couldn't find a single mid-market tool that actually fixed it."

From the inside out

Austin didn't set out to build software. He set out to solve a problem he lived every day — running community and learning programs for enterprise teams, watching engagement metrics flatline, and wondering why the tools available were either too expensive, too complex, or built for a company 10x the size.

At Gartner, he managed the self-service analytics community: helping thousands of employees actually use the tools the company paid for. He ran skill programs. He built cohorts. He measured what worked. And he kept hitting the same wall: the data was siloed, the learning was disconnected, and the community had no feedback loop into the business.

The enterprise tools that claimed to solve this cost $5,000+ a month and took 12 months to implement. The HR tools were glorified surveys. The LMS platforms were stuck in 2010. Nothing connected community, learning, and analytics in a way that mid-market companies could actually use.

So he built it himself.

The Gap He Saw

Enterprise tools ($5K+/mo) vs. nothing useful for mid-market. Austin lived in that gap every day at Gartner — so he knew exactly what to build.

The Power Platform Edge

Years of building Power Platform automations and workflows at scale meant WorkPulse was built by someone who understands real-world enterprise data, not just product theory.

📊

Analytics That Matter

Most analytics tools tell you what happened. Austin built WorkPulse to tell you what's about to happen — early warning signals before engagement falls off a cliff.

One platform.
No enterprise complexity.

WorkPulse was built around a simple thesis: mid-market companies deserve the same level of people intelligence as the Fortune 500, without the price tag or the implementation nightmare.

01

Community Engine

Cohorts, mentorship, peer challenges — the connective tissue that makes learning stick and culture travel past the all-hands meeting.

02

AI Content Studio

Identify skill gaps → generate personalized learning paths → produce the content automatically. No curriculum team required.

03

Real-Time Analytics

Engagement signals, skills growth, ROI, and early warning indicators — not what happened 6 months ago, but what's happening right now.
